(with an optional Happy Hour to follow nearby)

Ask yourself:

  • Have I had enough?
  • Am I tired of the “same old, same old?”
  • Have I ever said the words, “if only…,” “someday maybe…,” “I wish I could….”
  • Am I ready for things to be different, I mean really different … at work or in life?
  • Am I ready to not be the “victim” of my circumstances?
  • Is it time to be who I really am meant to be?

Come join us in our one-day workshop and explore what the future may hold for you. The workshop will be facilitated by Ann Fry, CEO of the The ReGeneration Group. Ann, a well-known professional speaker, is totally focused on helping individuals and companies ReEnergize, RePurpose, and ReInvent as they connect with their passions and dreams. Through exercises, coaching and interaction, you will go through The 7 1/2 Step Process and create your plan of action. At the end of the day, you will be empowered with the knowledge to step into a BOLD new self...Or at least begin to take some steps in that direction.

The objectives of this workshop are to:

  • Explore your desires and begin to remember what excites you.
  • Identify what you need to STOP doing because it no longer serves you.
  • Identify what to START doing that lights you up.
  • Learn how to deal with the ups and downs that reinvention causes.
  • Find a "buddy" from the workshop that you can work with over time to continue developing this plan… with access to coaching.
  • Know what your true values are.
  • Complete an assessment of all the areas of your life and look at what's working and what is not.
  • Create an on-paper, visual "timeline" of your life… to see exactly where you "settled" vs. where you took a leap.
  • Develop a plan for bringing more happiness and fulfilment to the rest of your life.

As a result, you will "consciously choose" what will happen next in your life… not by default, but by choice and declaration… whether it  is something big or small. Start living the life you want RIGHT NOW!
